Habyt provides AI-powered health assessments, personalized wellness coaching, and related health education services. Our programs include stress assessments, action plans, 1:1 coaching sessions, and digital health tracking tools.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important: Our services are for wellness and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Habyt is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have learned through our services.

4. Account Registration

To access our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a program, you agree to:

• Pay the listed price for your selected program
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge the applicable fees

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website and applications — including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, software, and the Serapath™ and Habyt™ trademarks — are owned by Avigno Technologies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
